Who is responsible

The site nexora-web.studio belongs to NEXORA studio. Data controller: sole proprietor (FOP) Karyna Mylchenko, Ukraine.

What we receive

Only what you leave in the enquiry form yourself:

• your name, if you give it;
• a contact: Telegram, phone or email;
• a description of the task, if you write one.

What is collected automatically

• which ad or site you came from (tags in the page address);
• anonymised visit statistics through Google Analytics;
• Meta Pixel data: a page view and the fact that an enquiry was sent. We need it to measure ads on Facebook and Instagram.

These services use cookies. You can switch off or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working.

Why we need it

• to answer your enquiry and discuss the project;
• to understand which ads work and to improve the site.

We send no newsletters and never sell data.

Who receives the data

The enquiry reaches us in Telegram. The site is hosted on Vercel. Statistics are processed by Google and Meta. These companies act as technical services under their own privacy policies. We pass data to nobody else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry while we are in contact about the project and for up to three years afterwards. We delete it earlier on request.

Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you can ask what data we hold, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent. A message to us is enough.

By sending an enquiry you agree to the processing of the data you left, on the terms of this policy. If we change it, the new version appears on this page.
